Development Application Lodgement

To lodge a Development Application (DA) with Council, a Development Application is to be applied for via the  NSW Planning Portal (Log in | MyServiceNSW Account). The required supporting documentation is to be uploaded to this application. This documentation enables Council to adequately consider the proposed development, see below checklist to help get you started:

The fee payable for the development application is calculated on the value of the work proposed and/or the type of development proposed.

If you are unsure on the process, need help navigating the portal or would like someone to review the documentation prior to submitting an application on the portal, you can make an appointment with Council's Duty Planner (available between 9.00am and 1.30pm) by phoning our Customer Service Team on (02) 6740 2100.

Development applications lodged and received by Council can be tracked through Council's Online Application Tracking Service.
